Virtual Emergency Services designed, developed and executed a web based, emergency training & response system implementation for this 1.3 million square foot office tower in Detroit that formerly housed General Motors headquarters. Cadillac Place consists of four parallel 15-story wings connected together by a central backbone perpendicular to them. The facility currently houses many State of Michigan agencies.
